• Background on the EU Whistleblowing Directive and its scope
• Several scenarios that may be considered alleged offenses
• Concrete examples of whistleblowing channels and how to make internal reports

Methodology

The e learning programme is developed in SCORM format and can be either uploaded to a company’s internal LMS or delivered to the company’s employees via the Academy – Euronext Group LMS.
The course is currently available in English and Italian and can be translated in different languages on the basis of the client’s needs.

A final multiple choice questionnaire will test and assess the employees acquired knowledge.

• OPTIONAL: Introduction to Euronext Corporate Solutions tool → ‘IntegrityLog’ in case the company has introduced the tool to comply with the Whistleblowing Directive
• Online questionnaire to test your employees understanding of the material
• OPTIONAL: Customised sessions to your organisation's needs and internal policies

Corporate Fees:

The fee for the training programme is composed of a flat fee and an additional component that varies on the basis of:
• The location of the SCORM files, as they can be either delivered or can remain on Academy - Euronext Group LMS
• An additional fee for reporting and helpdesk services if the SCORMS are located on the Academy - Euronext Group LMS
