Content
The programme will cover a range of topics, all carefully selected as a response to international and regional current demand.
The content will aim to strike a balance between operational and strategic detail to refresh existing and build new practices.
Finally, aiming at being highly interactive – the programme will offer delegates the opportunity to discuss and reflect on their views and to benchmark their situations with the rest of the group in specific dedicated discussion zones, moderated by the trainers.
Structure
The programme will run from 24 September to 10 December 2026 and will be organised in 9 modules plus the final assessment, for a total of 51 contact hours and 95 individual study hours.
Designed for the modern executive, this programme adopts a premier blended format, harmonizing the depth of traditional classroom interaction with the agility of advanced virtual learning.
The kick-off with the first two modules will be carried out in person at the Euronext Offices in Milan. (More details will be shared in due course).
Modules 3 to 8 will be delivered online in virtual classroom format.
Module 9 and the final Examination will be be carried out in person at the Euronext Offices in Amsterdam. (More details will be shared in due course).
Final assessment
Participants will complete a project/diagnostic for their organisation or a mock governance transformation plan. 30 hours of individual study are required to get prepared for the final assessment.
Candidates are required to upload their final project/diagnosis to the e-learning platform at least 7 working days in advance of the final exam, ensuring the examination board/commission can conduct its preliminary assessment.
On the examination day, each participant will be requested to pass a multiple-choice test and will be allotted 10 minutes for their project presentation, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session with the Examination Commission.
Attendance Policy: In line with our hands-on, practical approach, all participants are required to attend the full examination day. This enables candidates to benefit from the collective analysis of real-world case studies and peer insights.
Corporate Governance in Financial Markets certificate
At successful completion of the online examination, delegates will be awarded the ‘Corporate Governance in Financial Markets certificate’ by Academy – Euronext Group and ENVISIA.
Reflecting a commitment to lifelong learning, the validity is extended every two years through the attainment of 20 CPD hours, keeping your expertise aligned with the evolving financial landscape.
Participants will also be awarded the Alumni access and membership in two communities (Academy and Envisia).

Overall attendance requirements
- Minimum Threshold: Participants are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the live contact hours (both in-person and online).
- Mandatory Sessions: Attendance is 100% mandatory for the in-person sessions (Modules 1, 2, 9 and the Final Examination Day).
- Absence Management: In the event of an unavoidable absence during online modules, participants must watch the session recording.
