Virtual Classroom. 8 November 2022

Overview

The Market abuse regulation is usually linked to insider dealing, unlawful disclosure of inside information and market manipulation. Specific rules have been implemented in order to prevent and manage these violations and to ensure the proper functioning of the market.

Failure to comply with relevant provisions could lead to the application of a range of administrative and criminal sanctions as well as civil liability.
