This hybrid training programme offers up-to-date insights into European physical power market regulations, covering key aspects of REMIT (including the revised REMIT) and the Transparency Regulation.

Held in English, the course explores core regulatory areas such as inside information, insider trading, and market manipulation - supported by real-world case law - and offers practical compliance guidance.

“Nord Pool Certified Compliance Course” sees experts from Nord Pool’s Market Surveillance team, providing valuable insights and answers to the audience’s questions.

This training programme is divided in two parts:

• E-learning training, available online to complete at your own pace
• Live Q&A session - a virtual classroom where participants will have the chance to ask questions to the Nord Pool Market Surveillance team after viewing the e-learning course

Nord Pool Digital Diploma: Test of knowledge

After attending the course, all participants will have to pass the test within a month of the virtual classroom. After passing the test, attendees will be rewarded with the Nord Pool Digital Diploma.
