The half-day training session aims at offering a clear and practical overview of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), tailored to Investor Relations (IR) communications. The course focuses on the definition and management of inside information, disclosure obligations, the delay of disclosure mechanism, and the avoidance of unlawful disclosure when engaging with investors, analysts, and the market.
