Overview and take-aways

Academy – Euronext Group, in collaboration with Euronext Oslo Børs, invites you to an intensive course designed to deepen both knowledge and awareness of board duties and responsibilities, as well as tasks and potential pitfalls. This course is offered as a half-day, in-person session or, alternatively, over two half-day sessions delivered online. 
The training programme will be complemented by a pre-recorded, one-hour video on funding options in debt and equity capital markets, accessible before the start of the course. 

Our aim for this course is to equip Board members with essential tools to fulfil their ongoing responsibilities within a listed company in terms of strategic, including sustainable strategy, risk and compliance oversight.

Faculty

Academy and Euronext Oslo Børs have engaged Euronext experts as well as local Norwegian key stakeholders to provide an in-depth and well-rounded view of the role and responsibilities of Board members in listed companies.

Logistics

This year, the training programme will be held two times in-person and one time online. You can choose which training session you would like to attend from the following:

• 3 June 2025                                         (online, in English)
• 12 November 2025                               (in-person, in Norwegian)
  
  Location
  The online sessions will be held on Academy’s Teams platform. The April edition will be held at BAHR offices (Oslo), while the November edition will be held at Euronext Oslo Børs’ offices (Oslo).
  
  The handouts and course material will be provided to the delegates in pdf format after the course. The attendees will also receive a Certificate of Attendance to the course in digital format and as a LinkedIn certificate.
